Pittsburgh Lithuanian School
The Pittsburgh Lithuanian School is a 501c3 non-profit which promotes the Lithuanian language, culture, and history in Western Pennsylvania through Lithuanian language, history and culture classes for children and adults. The School also maintains a Lithuanian research library and an archive of the Lithuanian experience in Western Pennsylvania.
The children’s Lithuanian language and cultural classes are for ages preschool through 8th grade. The children are taught music, language arts, history and dance. We have children from both Lithuanian and English speaking households. Classes are taught in both languages. See our yearly calendar, class schedule, and registrations forms for more information.
Our adult education program includes classes and public lectures. Information on upcoming adult programs can be found on our events page. Information on Lithuanian history, food and culture can be found on our resources page.
